Sea Pines Villa

Decorated in rustic style, with wooden beamed ceilings and terracotta floors, the villa is intimate while at the same time being spacious. It can comfortably accommodate a large group of up to 12 people, making it great value, yet cosy enough for a couple.

 

Three bedrooms, including one with bunkbeds, and sofabeds in two living rooms, means the villa can sleep up to 12 people, making it great value for a large group or two families, yet cosy enough for a couple.

 

The lower level has a living room, with bay window, desk, sofa bed, a cosy fireplace and kitchenette, as wells as two bedrooms and a bathroom. The larger bedroom is great for kids, sleeping as many as five people comfortably, with two single beds and a large bunk bed with a pull-out bed. Both the living room and the bedrooms open onto a covered veranda festooned with jasmine. A wide stretch of lawn leads to the large private 14m x 7m swimming pool and the floodlit astro-turf tennis court. The mature garden, with pine and fruit trees, is designed for peaceful relaxation with shaded areas.

 

On the upper level a second living room with a sofa bed can be converted into a fourth double bedroom closed off from the open plan kitchen/dining area by curtains. The fully-equipped kitchen has a double fridge/freezer, cooker, microwave, toaster, food processor and washing machine. The master bedroom, with 110cm twin beds and Tempurpedic mattresses, also on the upper level, offers a sense of privacy from the rest of the house. It has a walk-in closet and en-suite bathroom and opens onto a shaded veranda covered by a beautiful bougainvillea. Windows on all sides means you can enjoy the views in all directions, as well as benefit from the westerly breeze. The covered veranda is a focal point of the villa, where guests can have lunch and chat over coffee or drinks and watch the sun setting into the sea. 

 

Air-conditioning, ceiling fans, central heating and a fireplace keep you comfortable at any time of year, while for your entertainment there is a stereo system, Smart TVs, and a small library of books, movies and games. Free internet throughout.

 

The house is a 10 minute drive from Polis and 45 minutes from Paphos.

 

We offer a maid service, linen change once a week and pool cleaning and maintenance twice a week. We can also offer a meal service of local cooked dishes brought to you on order.
